Anti-scratch PC Sheet is a composite material with a scratch-resistant coating added to the surface of polycarbonate (PC) sheets. It is mainly used in electronic display panels, instrument protection covers, automotive interiors, building lighting structures, and surface coverings of public facilities.

Surface Hard Coating
Anti-scratch PC Sheet is evenly coated with a silicone-based hard coating using automated spray equipment after molding. The coating is then cured at high temperature, achieving a hardness of over 3H, effectively inhibiting surface scratches.
Polycarbonate Substrate
Polycarbonate's molecular structure exhibits a low-density, high-strength arrangement. This results in a sheet weight per unit area that is approximately half that of glass of the same thickness, at 3.6 kg/m² at 3mm thickness, making it easy to handle and install at height.
Optical Clarity
A continuous extrusion line controls the cooling rate of the molten polycarbonate and the die pressure, ensuring a stable light transmittance of over 88%. This ensures clear viewing even at thicknesses up to 10mm.
