Hard Coated Polycarbonate Sheet is a composite material formed by applying a hard coating on the surface of polycarbonate sheet. It is mainly used in applications requiring wear resistance such as protective covers, transparent barriers, transportation facility coverings and industrial windows.

Wear-resistant surface
Hard Coated Polycarbonate Sheet is evenly coated with a silicone-based hard coating via electrostatic spraying in a clean environment and cured using UV light or heat, achieving a surface hardness of 3H or higher.
High transparency
The sheet is processed and formed using multi-temperature zone precision extrusion equipment. Molten polycarbonate is formed through a constant pressure die, eliminating bubbles and impurities. The light transmittance remains around 88% at a measured thickness of up to 10mm.
Lightweight material
Polycarbonate has a density of approximately 1.2g/cm³. Combined with optimized hollow or solid core designs, the sheet weighs less than 12kg/m² at a thickness of 10mm, requiring no special equipment for transportation.
