During a drop-dart impact test simulating actual impact conditions, the sheet with a thickness of 6mm withstood impact energies exceeding 60 joules. Thanks to the high toughness and material uniformity of the polycarbonate molecular chain structure, the product is resistant to cracking even in high-intensity applications.
Precise Optical Properties
Measured using a spectrophotometer, the transparent sheet maintains a stable light transmittance of over 88%. UV absorbers are also used to block ultraviolet rays in the 290-400 nm range, ensuring clear vision and extending the material's outdoor life.
