Dimensional Stability
This product is processed using a high-precision hot extrusion system on eight co-extrusion lines. Temperature control accuracy is maintained within ±1°C, preventing stress concentration and material deformation. Even in environments with varying temperatures, dimensional tolerances are maintained within ±0.1mm.
Uniform Frosting
The surface is treated through a dual process of mechanical frosting and optical etching, resulting in a uniform particle distribution and scattered light sources. This stabilizes light transmittance between 82% and 87%, preventing glare or dark spots. This ensures both privacy and lighting efficiency when used as a lighting fixture or as a semi-transparent partition.
